NexPortal is the official employee portal for NexLogic staff and authorized personnel. Use this page for help with the web portal and the NexPortal mobile app (iOS and Android).

Sign In
Authorized users can sign in at portal.nexlogic.ph. If you forgot your password, use the Forgot Password link on the login page.
NexPortal accounts are created by your employer. If you do not have credentials, contact your HR or IT department — public self-registration is not available.
Mobile App
The NexPortal mobile app is available for authorized employees on iOS and Android. Install from the App Store or Google Play, then sign in with the same credentials used on the web portal.

Common Issues
- Cannot sign in — verify your username/email and password. Contact IT if your account is locked or not yet provisioned.
- Time logging requires camera or location — enable Camera and Location permissions for NexPortal in your device Settings. Photos and GPS are required for attendance verification.
- App update available — install the latest version from your app store. Production builds may require updating before use.

Connectivity — ensure you have internet access. The app checks server health at
/api/health/on portal.nexlogic.ph.
